Jeff’s function at PRIA Healthcare:

As CEO of PRIA Healthcare, I lead the company’s strategic direction and oversee all aspects of operations, finance, and growth. I work closely with our leadership team, board and private equity partner to ensure we scale our business and deliver long-term value to the exceptional MedTech clients we serve. 

Jeff’s life before joining the People of PRIA Healthcare:

Before joining PRIA Healthcare, I spent over two decades leading commercial strategy and growth at healthcare and technology companies including General Electric, iCAD, Triple Ring Technologies, and Terason. My background spans medical devices, AI, and diagnostics, with a strong focus on revenue transformation, P&L leadership, and building high-performing teams in both the device and services business. 

Jeff’s life outside of PRIA Healthcare:

When I’m not at work I enjoy an active lifestyle with family and friends including travel, daily walking, sports, diverse food, and the search for better weather outside of Boston. I enjoy saying in touch with the MedTech ecosystem and supporting its growth.

Jeffrey D. Sirek

Chief Executive Officer and Board Member, PRIA Healthcare Management

Jeffrey D. Sirek is Chief Executive Officer of PRIA Healthcare Management, where he leads the organization’s strategic direction, operational performance, and financial growth. With over 30 years of experience across the medical technology, healthcare services, and AI sectors, Mr. Sirek brings deep expertise in commercial strategy, finance, operational transformation, and board-level governance.

Mr. Sirek joined PRIA in 2022 and currently serves on the company’s Board of Directors. Under his leadership, PRIA has shown significant growth in several area; including expanding its market presence, strengthened its service portfolio, and accelerated value creation initiatives in partnership with private equity stakeholders. He is responsible for overseeing all functional areas, including commercial operations, marketing, finance, operations and strategic partnerships, with a focus on scaling the organization and enhancing services to advanced medical technology companies.

Prior to joining PRIA, Mr. Sirek served as Chief Commercial Officer at iCAD Inc., where he led global revenue-generating functions and successfully transitioned the company’s commercial model to a SaaS-based structure. Earlier, he held executive roles at Triple Ring Technologies and Terason Inc., where he oversaw global sales and marketing operations, drove sustained revenue growth, and managed full P&L responsibilities.

Mr. Sirek’s career began in commercial leadership roles at GE Healthcare, Pfizer, and ADAC Laboratories, where he developed a track record for driving market expansion, forming strategic alliances, and leading high-performance teams. His experience spans cardiology, diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, radiation therapy, and digital health—offering a broad perspective on the convergence of technology and healthcare delivery.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, where he served as captain of the varsity hockey team.
