Natalie’s life before joining the People of PRIA Healthcare:

As a people leader, I prioritize building trust with my team and upholding high standards of quality. I believe in following through on commitments and getting ‘into the weeds’ with my team to help achieve our goals. One of my significant achievements was transforming the HR function at Lake Compounce, where I fostered an environment of trust and collaboration. Leveraging a new HRIS system, my team successfully hired over 1,000 seasonal team members in just four months, a feat that had never been accomplished before. Another notable accomplishment was leading an organization through the implementation of a new HRIS in three months, amidst the challenges of the pandemic. This experience was both challenging and gratifying, and it showcased my ability to navigate complex situations effectively.

Natalie is an accomplished and accountable Human Resources Director with extensive expertise in talent acquisition, HR services delivery, and compliance.
