Tracy’s function at PRIA Healthcare:

Tracy works in payer engagement to assist our clients with market access. She builds and implements strategy to improve coverage of novel medical technologies.

Tracy’s life before joining the People of PRIA Healthcare:

Tracy has worked on the launch teams for multiple pharma, diagnostic and medical devices. She has worked for Sanofi and Becton Dickinson (BD) as well as multiple start-up companies.

Tracy’s life outside of PRIA Healthcare:

Tracy enjoys all outdoor adventures like snowshoeing, skiing, and offshore fishing. Her goal is to catch a white and blue marlin this year. 

Tracy’s full bio:

Tracy has an extensive career in Diagnostics, Medical Devices and Biopharmaceuticals and has provided launch expertise with twelve products. She started her career in Nutrition Research at Baylor’s USDA Children’s Nutrition Research Center at Texas Children’s Hospital. Tracy has held roles in Market Access, Sales Leadership, and Training at Genentech, Sanofi, and Becton Dickinson (BD), where she oversaw Market Access and Payment Policy for medical devices and diagnostics. She volunteers with National Kidney Foundation, and Caring Foundation of Texas.
